Vinh (Richard) is the Founder and Managing Partner of Asia Legal with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and investment law, Vinh specializes in foreign investment, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, dispute resolution, and strategic legal consultancy.

Vinh is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, an Arbitrator at the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (China), and an Accredited Mediator with both UK and Vietnam institutions.

He is also a Visiting Lecturer at the Judicial Academy of Vietnam and an active member of leading international legal associations, including IBA, IPBA, and AIJA.
Vinh holds an LLM in International Trade and Economic Law from the University of the West of England (UK) and is committed to delivering practical, strategic, and cross-border legal solutions for clients navigating complex markets.
